OFF GRID EXPO 2024
GENERAL INFORMATION
Our annual Off Grid Lifestyle Expo in Queensland.
9am – 4pm – Saturday & Sunday 3rd & 4th August 2024 and is being held at Gympie Showgrounds QLD.
We have various site sizes available. If you have special requirements, please talk to us. We are happy to accommodate where we can but suggest booking early to avoid disappointment.
This is an OFF GRID event so we ask that you supply as much of your own power as possible. We are able to supply power to Food Vans and some exhibitors.
Everything that you require for your stall you need to supply. Marquee (with weights and pegs), tables, walls, signage etc. 3 x 3 marquees are inexpensive to buy and very handy to have. There are to be no holes or trenches dug at the venue. The area where the exhibitors will be set up is within the showground complex which is completely fenced.

**Security has been arranged for Friday and Saturday nights.**
The Friday night “meet and greet” and a Saturday night dinner for exhibitors will continue so keep an eye open for details closer to the event. Please make a full weekend of it, meet old friends and make new ones, take some time out of the craziness of every day life and come and enjoy.

WORKSHOPS
We are happy to have demonstrations and workshops throughout the days. If you are interested in being involved, please book your space.
GUEST PERFORMERS
Music, solo and groups, dance or storytelling, anything you feel would blend well with the theme of the Expo and no electricity required, please get in touch.
SPEAKERS
We will be looking for guest speakers, ranging on many topics pertinent to living off grid. Speakers will only have one space each and may be limited to a set time.
VOLUNTEERS
If you are passionate about making this a better, cleaner world and would like to volunteer your time or services, please join us – book in.
